Returns & Exchanges
If within 14 days after receiving your order you are unsatisfied with your purchases, please contact me to let me know what issues you may be experiencing with your order. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item*, excluding any shipping fees. If you feel your order was damaged in transit or you accidentally broke a part of your DIY craft kit or craft supplies (as accidents happen of course), contact me to see what we can do to resolve your issue.
